Aaron is a retired Police Captain and Division Commander who has led hundreds of complex operations where trust, clarity, and decision-making carried severe consequences.

He's a graduate of the FBI National Academy, one of the most respected leadership programs in the world, and holds a master's degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Aaron spent twenty-three years as a training executive, has led inside Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations, and is the author of The Art of Trust and Influence. He's shared his work with leadership audiences domestically and internationally.

Aaron has led where the cost of a bad decision was measured in lives, and in the corporate world where the cost is measured in results. His range of experience is extremely rare, and is the reason corporate audiences trust him.
